Questions about ShotTrackerOCR, the OCR workflow, or your sessions? We're here to help. This is a local-first iOS app, so most of your data lives on your own device.
Email support and we'll get back to you. Please don't include sensitive personal information unless it's necessary for your request.
No. The current version is local-first and does not require an account. Your shooting sessions are stored on your device.
On your iPhone, in the app's local storage. The current version does not upload your session data to our servers and does not provide cloud sync.
OCR can be affected by glare, blur, angle, crop, lighting, or display quality. Always review the detected values on the confirmation screen and correct anything before you save. For best results, fill the frame with the result display, avoid glare, and hold the phone straight on.
The app does not intentionally retain the original result image after you save or cancel a session. Photos already in your iPhone photo library stay there unless you delete them yourself.
Yes. You can edit or delete saved sessions in the app's history. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device, subject to your iOS backup settings.
Because the current version stores data locally and does not use accounts or cloud storage, you can remove your data by deleting sessions in the app or by deleting the app. There is no server-side account to delete in this version.
Not yet. The web portal, cloud backup/sync, family and coach dashboards, and related features are planned and labeled Coming Soon. They are not available in the current release.
ShotTrackerOCR is an iOS app. Specific iOS version and device requirements will be listed on the App Store product page when the app is available.
